• 1-2 Prenatal Meetings to go over birth preferences, comfort measures, review stages of labor, and more
• Help with creating a visual birth plan
• Call/Text/Email support through pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum
• Access to my library, extensive resources for education, handouts, and professional backup doula if needed
• Continuous in person labor support when needed until 1-2 hours after baby is born
• 1 Postpartum home visit to discuss birth story, and help with anything to make your transition to motherhood easier 
• 1 postpartum meal off a list of choices delivered at the postpartum visit

Everything in Nebula but I would not physically be at your birth.

Meteor (Nights) 10pm-6am

Let me help you catch up on some much needed sleep. Caring for your newborn during the night allows you to get the rest you need to tackle the days ahead. Whether you are nursing or formula feeding we work together to get you the maximum rest. 

Nova (Day shifts (4hr))

Nova (Day shifts (4hr)) and Supernova (24hr) care available on a limited basis during the summer months (July & August).
