Birth packages

  • 1-2 Prenatal Meetings to go over birth preferences, comfort measures, review stages of labor, and more
  • Help with creating a visual birth plan
  • Call/Text/Email support through pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum
  • Access to my library, extensive resources for education, handouts, and professional backup doula if needed
  • Continuous in person labor support when needed until 1-2 hours after baby is born
  • 1 Postpartum home visit to discuss birth story, and help with anything to make your transition to motherhood easier 
  • 1 postpartum meal off a list of choices delivered at the postpartum visit

Meteor (Nights) 10pm-6am

Let me help you catch up on some much-needed sleep. Caring for your newborn during the night allows you to get the rest you need to tackle the days ahead. Whether you are nursing or formula feeding we work together to get you the maximum rest. 

1 shift $325/$350 multiples

Nova (Day shifts (4hr))

Nova (Day shifts (4hr)) and Supernova (24hr) care available on a limited basis during the summer months (July & August).

5 Moons offers a variety of methods and add-on options. Please fill out the contact form and additional information and cost of the service will be sent to you. Payment Info

5 Moons accepts cash, check, and e-transfer.  A non-refundable retainer fee of half of your package is due at contract signing.  The remaining balance should be paid by 36 weeks for all doula services.  

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm with their insurance carrier whether reimbursement is available through their plan and to submit documentation to insurance carriers.  

5 Moons is NOW participating and is an in-network provider for Medicaid recipients.  

5 Moons participates with Medicaid, MVP, Excellus BCBS, United Healthcare, Fidelis, Molina, FSA and HSA plans.
